India Day 7 to 9 - Jaipur

Next stop on our travel list was Jaipur...

Updates about Jaipur...

Popularly known as the Pink City,

--? why pink... this is because many of the buildings there was built in "PINK!" i was excited to see the pink buildings, but sadly it was not in the shade of the pink I thot it was. :( . You will see what I mean later.

it is also largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. Founded on 18 November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber. Jaipur is one of cities in India, located in the semi-desert lands of Rajasthan. Jaipur was a city which that had once been the capital of the royalty has transformed into a capital city of Rajasthan.

Ok anyway ... heres a little gossip... I can't rmb if it was the princess of this city... but the story goes like this, the princess fell in love with a the King's driver's son. Well in India, class differences is really strong, hence, for a Princess to ever marry a driver's son will almost be impossible. Of course the King wasn't very happy about it, and it caused an uproar in the state. People were not happy..... anyway the headstrong Princess went on following her heart, she got married in Delhi as no one in that state wants to recognize their union.

Sometime later, there were rumors that this couple was cheating on each other. The husband of the princess was being chase out of the castle even. No long ago, the king passed on, since the King his had one daughter, so naturally the throne was pass on to the princess's son. By Doin so, the husband of the princess is recognized. So apparently the princess had no choice but to take her husband back hmmmm so exciting right ?

Anyway enough of "faitytales"...

Intricate designs on the ceiling isn't it. So much similarity between ancient China and ancient India, just a difference in liking of colors combination.

Across the river is their summer palace surrounded by man-made river area. Luxurious life! Back in China they have a huge palace with many concubines in different areas but India has many parts of the palace made for different seasons stays!

The below building showcase a series of chambers where the princesses and concubines used to seat in behind vile to get a glimpse of the streets. It is important that they do not show their faces to the public.

This marks the end of my trip to India. I can say, it will not be the last as there are much more treasures to view in India and places that the stay was awesome

Ranthambore will be one of the places I wish to return for food and stay sake!

India Day 5 to 6 - Ranthambore

Off we go to our next and my Fav location this holiday!

Ranthambore

Of course the unique location that cannot be missed is the national park: Ranthambore National Park

Ranthambore National Park is one of the biggest and most renowned national park in Northern India. The park is located in the Sawai Madhopur district of southeastern Rajasthan, which is about 130 km from Jaipur. Being considered as one of the famous and former hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, today the Ranthambore National Park terrain is major wildlife tourist attraction spot that has pulled the attention of many wildlife photographers and lovers in this destination.

The roads to this location is unfortunately a very bumpy and exciting one. As you all know driving in India is almost the equivalent of having a heart-attack every 3 to 4 minutes. The roads to Ranthambore was not just a roller coaster ride, some parts of it was a one way drive but two cars in opposite direction driving at one time could happen! If only there was an airport there! Gosh I so want to go back to this place but the ride is horrendous! Well celebrities have been to the location where I am heading to to hold weddings, royal families used to have that place as their hunting grounds. The only other means there is to stay in the same hotel and fly in by Helicopter.

A few shots I caught on the way there (I slept through practically most of the ride)

Look at how packed the bus is! they even sit on bus tops! So please may the local Singaporeans stop making this SMRT issue go out of proportion! You are considered so much more fortunate compared to them, and have much better lives than them! Wake up!

3 person to 1 small bike! I wonder how they manage this ... Tsk

Although this part of the town seem to have nicer shop fronts that resembles like Malaysia and Thailand shop fronts... it puzzles me why aren't they open for business in the day....

Alas we reached the hotel!

The Oberoi Vanyavilas

The hotel nests in the natural beauty of the wilds, The Oberoi Vanyavilas is India’s leading luxury jungle resort on the edge of the Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve.

It was perfect base from which we rested and went on to explore the territory of the majestic tiger. Tiger sightings are most frequent during the months of May and June. While it is warm during the day, mornings and evenings are pleasant.

The resort setting is picture-perfect with a dramatic watercourse and sun-kissed private decks. The luxury tents with finely embroidered canopies, luxurious bathrooms and private outdoor sitting area and an outside deck as sunbathing area are in perfect contrast to the ruggedness of the jungle. Don't Believe me, I will show you some photos of the room we stayed in later.

They are also in touch with the Forest department. As a responsibility towards conservation of wildlife it has placed a restriction on the number of visitors to the park on a daily basis. Hence to avoid disappointment, i would suggest that you book your jungle drive in advance. Upon reaching the hotel, staffs will ask you if you wish to pay a little more for more experience personnel to bring you around. My suggestion is to pay for it if you wish to see the tigers. As they are more experience and will be able to track the hideout of the tigers more efficiently. Trust me on that (:

We stayed like kings and queens or rather princesses and princes!

Even the food there was splendid. They had a chef that was able to put up a table of premium Indian, Italian, Chinese and Thai cuisine. What more can I ask for! Even their breakfast was awesome!

My goodness this following pictures does the national park no justice! Its so beautiful. I have always watched Nat Geo on TV, but this is like a first hand experience into the scenes of Nat Geo!
We had the most awesome guide and he was there to explain how tigers fight for their own territories unlike Lions we stays as a cluster.

There was a female tiger (no.8) i think that stayed in this area, while other male tigers will come to this area and found her, where she gave birth to 3. She was later overthrown by one her best clubs. Sad but that's life... just like how the past dynasties had their kings overthrown by their best sons...

These are the food of the tigers....

Caught YA! the guide told us that her stomach looked very flat hence concluded that she have not eaten for days. Cold Sweat when I was on the seat. What if she pounce out and eat me! according to him, Tigers don't like to eat human as they do not have enough meat. Most situation they just attacked as they think their life are endangered, and would just leave the victim alone after winning the attack. Though most of the time, the victim is as good as dead. They hardly devour them after the attack.

Soaking up in her favorite water spot. Guide also told us, Tigers don't like water in their face. so hence this posture.

Finally after a long day at the national park.... time to wash up for a good dinner!

We had one more round at the tiger park before we depart the hotel. These were the elephants that the hotel keep. They are for visitors to ride on them...

India Day 3 to 4 - Agra

We set off from Delih to Agra to view our beloved Taj Mahal! wohoooo.... and before we move on.... pump petrol first of course!....

Beholds the fortress! Look at this long canal looking thing... this is the first protection layer... filled with man dug river and crocodiles... where behind this ... lies a more ferocious one... land of fierce animals......

This is an area where the king will meet his diplomats and individual commoner etc who has request or problems seeking king's help.... look at the celling.... it looks almost parallel.... intricately built.....

This is a little water feature... in the rooms of one of the princess who stays right beside the baby factory...hahaha ... also used to be filled with perfumed water...

Hehe awesome hotel! but not the best we stayed at yet... here is the night view... abit china place kind of feeling ....

Taj Mahal

This is legendary.... a tomb stone that is as big as the area of takashimaya i think....

A tomb stone made out of love for the wife. It was bulit by Mughal emperor Shan Jahan in memory of his third wife (which he only have kids with) Mumtaz Mahal. Fully marbled with intricate finishing, which was initially meant to rest the tomb of his wife.

More about this king and this very important queen...

in 18 years of their marriage ... they had 17 kids... of which 3 were miscarriaged, and only 6 grew to adulthood. She died while giving birth to a princess, which Shan Jahan blame it on this princess for the death of his beloved wife (fuck! bastard! you made your wife work like baby production house of course machine also break down and die what).

Later he did not allow the princess to stay in the castle with him, no one knows what happen to her after.

Before the wife pass on, he was with her, and ask her what he can do for her (her last wishes). And they were,

1. Built something in memory of me - of which the Taj Mahal was built

2. Take good care of all my children - of which he did not fulfill as he did not wan to take care of the princess she gave her life for! *angry max*

Anyway we all know that marble is very expensive, so this tomb stone is damm expensive in the eyes of the civilian, and it too about 30 years (i think) to make this happen. He later wanted to make one black marbled tomb stone for himself which angered many civilians and before he could do so, one of his son, killed two of his brothers and overthrow the king, keeping him in his own castle along with the company of his remaining two daughters. He was not allowed to step out of his own castle till death.....

The grand entrance of Taj... and because they love the idea of symmetrical structures, they built four of these entrance ....

Eternal beauty of the Taj is formed by the raised platform to give an illusion that it is floating on the clouds with the endless sky behind (which is the reason why there is no other structure behind the Taj)

we found this diamond studded vase on display in the hotel boutique! gee... must be freaking exWe then visited the jewelry areas, and this is where we learnt how each marble engravings inside the Taj Mahal is being single handedly craft out and pieced together to form the elegant piece of art walls on the Taj Mahal

See he use this saw liked thing to slowly shape the precious stone through repeated pulling and pushing action creating friction on the stones and shaping it carefully....

a beautiful art work is then formed ...
the marble are of such clear quality that light can pass through!

Fatehpur Sikri

This is situated in Agra District in the state of Uttar Pradesh. We took a bus ride into a nearby area, and then a battery operated mini bus that comes every 20 mins interval!!!! (its damm hot and we have to squeeze in a small mini van + wait damm long for it to come) but the pictures are worth it.

This place was named as the city of Fatehabad and constructed by the Mughal emperor Akbar (Akbar means the great i think) beginning in the 1570. It was built in honour of Sufi saint Shaikh Salim Chisti who live somewhere near this city.

Fatehabad was built to honour this saint because this saint was able to predict that Akbar will have a son, and true enough he was born and survived; name Prince Salim after the saint. Akbar use to have a twin son who died before Prince Salim. Of course with the birth of prince salim he was very happy and he thinks that this saint is very powerful and wanted to be near to him hence he built a city near him. Fatehabad later acquired the name Fatehpur then to the present Fatehpur Sikri and served as the Mughal Capital from 1571 to 1581. This place took 15 years to bulit but was abandoned after use of 14 years as there was simply to little water supply to sustain the population and the unrest in the north-west. Later it has become a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986. But of course you can't exactly trust them to up keep this place well enough. You will see why I say so in the pictures later.

As I mentioned before, even though this is a world heritage, the paintings around the castle has not been properly maintained... you can only see slight shadows of what seem to be a picture of a lady in olden day dressing (possibly english dress)

Chicken Mushroom Cream Pasta

Ingredients neccessary

1. Salt

2. Black Pepper

3. Tyme

4. Salted Butter 250 ml

5. Fresh Cream (meant for cooking) appx 300 ml

6. Pasta

7. Lemon

8. Fresh Milk 500ml

9. Japanese fried chicken powder
10. Chicken
11. Mushrooms

12. White wine (optional)

13. Rosemarry

14. White onions

15. Garlic

16. Pam cheese

17. Bread Crumbs (optional)

18. Olive Oil

19. White truffle oil (optional)

Step 1: Preparation of the chicken

Debone the chicken

Wash the chicken with cold water once

Wash the chicken with hot water once (for hygiene purpose only)

Soak the portion of chicken in white wine (generously if possible)

Chop out some tyme and rosemarry, sprinkle them in with the chicken

Sprinkle salt, and black pepper (grounded / crushed)

Add about 2 table spoon of olive oil

Add 2 clove of chopped garlic and proportionately some red/white onions

Marignate it throughly

Step 2: Cooking the pasta, allow the marignate to set in the chicken

Boil Some Water

Add salt and 2 table spoon of oilve oil into the water

When the water boils add in the desired amount of pasta

Leave it to boil till it is soft (to our own liking)

Pour the pasta into a metal sieve and run it under cold tap water till it is no longer hot

Squeeze about half a lemon around the pasta and toss it

Your pasta is now ready (:

Step 3: Prepare the mushrooms

Slice the mushrooms

Chopped Garlic and Onions (about 1 clove size each)

Rinse the mushroom using a plastic sieve

Step 4: Cooking the mushrooms

Oil the cooking pan with some olive oil / Butter

Drop in the chopped Garlic then the onions

Sautee it for 1 min

Drop in the mushrooms

Add Salt and black pepper

sautee it till it is cooked

Your mushroom is now ready.

Collect everything into the plate with whatever mushroom sauce that may have been produced naturally during the process of cooking the mushroom

Step 5: Getting the crispy crumbs ready (optional)

Add in some olive oil to oil the pan

Add desired amount of breadcrumbs

Add pammersan cheese

Add Small amount of salt (optional)

Stir it around till it is golden brown

You may then collect it into a small bowl

Step 6: Cooking the chicken

Oil the pan with some olive oil and some butter (mixture)

When the oil is hot add in the chicken gently

Pour in the white wine sauce

Cook the chicken throughly

Alternatively you can chuck the chicken into an oven and cook it (without any white wine sauce)

You may then place all the chicken into a plate leaving the oil content in the pan

Slice your chicken pieces

Step 7: Cooking the special homemade cream (cream is enough for 4 to 5 serving of pasta)

Add in 250ml of butter

After the butter melt, add in approximately 2 clove of chopped garlic and chopped onions (half )

Lightly sautee it

Add about 5 to 6 table spoon of fried chicken powder

Add about 1 table spoon of salt

Add black pepper generously

Add Chopped tyme (2 to 3 stems)

Sautee them, And pour in 500 ml of milk

Add in 300 ml of fresh cream

Stir them gently

Add in a pammersan cheese (i think its about 200 g)

Stir them gently

As it boils slightly add in the cooked mushroom (with the mushroom sauce if any)

Stir them and allow it to boil

Your cream is now ready to be used

You may now throw in the pasta (as the cream boils), stir them well before switching off the fire

Step 8: Serving and decoration

Bring up one protion of pasta

Scoop up some sauce and mushroom and spread it over the pasta

Top it off with some black pepper

Spread 1 to 2 table spoon of white truble oil over the pasta

Dress the top of the pasta with the chicken

Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the chicken

You are now ready to serve (:

Ps, mix the pasta well before eating!

New Delih India 2011 Day 1 to 2

TADA .. and this marks my second trip out without my family

You had imagine that the toilets of India airport will be old, smelly, not maintained and dirty etc.... but here is an exact picture of how it welcomed me when I touched down at the airport... obviously I dun have to move on further about the cleanliness in it (:

Good start I must say

The roads of New delih takes after the greenery of Singapore... minus the consistent horning system in India. They horn to let the car infornt know they are behind them... wtf

The first place we visited as below know as the might of Islam, this is the first mosque that is built by the first muslim Sultan. Tower was constructed in red sand stone (one of their main materials used commonly in constructing main buildings and forts)

Let me apologise for much photos on tombs to be posted in this journey in India.... and I hereby present the first form of ancient tomb that I got into contact with.....

The small little retangular shape areas are believe to have some form of status in it in ancient times

A good advise to anyone who has made intention to travel to india at some point of your life within the near time..... if you wan to take pictures of the Indians living there, (in any activities they do be it with their pet or just em) pls do that sceretly unless you have intension of paying them (appx - 10 to 100 ruppes)

But any form of actions like these, or buying form hawkers outside tourist attractions is strongly not encourage... let me explain to you why...

You will probably think that they are unfortunate blah blah.... a little bit of money can go a long way for them ..... but fact is .... (in order to also make u guilt free).... if you give one , 10 will come to you, if you encourage the kids to go out to the streets to beg, sell etc... they have a mentality formed that "If I can make money form this activity... what is the point of goint to school... I can't make money there...." ---> this is the exact thinking of the uneducated kids from poor family...

In India.. the government has put forth schools for kids that comes form low income family, even provide food for the kids for free so that parents will send them to school for the sake of the food at least. So I dun have to explain any further right.... hehehe

This is how I learnt my lesson about each picture you take with their permission cost ..... 100 ruppes for me approx $4 SGD

Wrapping up the day with shopping! I had a mega shopping mall next to my hotel! So fun right... I dun have to risk being stalk by hawkers, dun need to take cab... and upmarket brands.... to be excatly, you feel like you just walked into one of Singapores mall perhaps located in Serangoon or Little India..... you get what I mean right.....

8 May 2011 Happy Mothers' Day

This mothers' day was not much of a difference like others, two rounds of sumptuous meals, luch and dinner buffet....

First up was Lunch which had a spread of 8 course dishes of chinese food at VIVO city with my parents and family

Dishes includes shark fin, baby abalones, veggies, yao sum sun hock, 8 treasure chicken, cold dish, duck, crab yee fu noodles!!!! (this one was awesome menx!)

Sorry there are no pictures for this meal as I was barely half awake after last night's Singapore General Election result live telecast that ended at 3am

BUT YOU GUYS REALLY NEED TO TRY THE CRAB MEAT YEE FUUUUUUU NOODLES! AWEGANSOME!!!!!!!!!

Long overdued CNY 2011 entry

This CNY other than the usual shopping for new clothes, i was busy beautifying my love ones' nails (:

This set was done for my mum

My french extension which i thot could go well with almost everything that I put on

A set with a combinations of polka dots, hearts and flower (handpainted) for Nessa's mum

This was a leopard prints set done for Caleen my Uni gf (:

As for nessa, I choose to do checkered for her with red base so that she can match her red dress

And of course not forgetting the CNY goodies that have been loaded up way before CNY

This is a chinese traditional dish "pen cai" served at tung luk on the last day of CNY (: this dish was abit to "seafoody" to me. hehehe. only my baby knows what I am talking about, the oyster taste was overwhelming in the pot, not a very big fan of this dish.

Sometimes it just sets me wondering why all chinese dish during CNY comes in brown sauce, need to be more innovative in taste -_-"

This was a rabbit desert that was served in one of the days where my family had brunch together at Great Eastern (lido), food was average and services was pretty bad. Overall experience was not good. Will not go back for many CNYs to come

Of course there was many lou hei session this year... including this one at my office (: If I dun rmb wrongly, this was bought at sushi tei

Lastly the many visiting of love ones and friends will wrap up a typical CNY I have in Singapore

There is only one advise that i can give if anyone out there that is actually wondering if they should send by Singpost

ANS : NEVER

Seriously they are crap, bullshit, full of lies

Let me tell you why and I can prove them all to you!

1. they advertise that speedpost express will deliver your package in 1 to 2 working days and on 20th i delivered my package up to now, it is not delivered

2. they collaborate with DHL express for international delivery - worst choice ever, simple delivery to HK can't even keep to their promise as advertise

3. So i called the cust service - takes half a hour to get to someone who will tell u to leave your particulars and will get the cust care service officer to call back asap

4. this service NEVER works. THEY WILL NEVER CALL BACK. So you will have to call them again hours later to check what is going on

5. and point 3 to 4 repeats about 2 to 3 times till you got really pissed and ask for the manager

HERE COMES THE BEST PART

1. Manager tells you actually the service you paid for is delivery by 3 to 4 working days

(the lady who sold be the service at the desk before I paid confirmed that it will be 1 to 2 working days and I did specify I want the fastest service they provide. This is simply ridiculous you paid for a fake service without knowing at all and check out what they advertise on the web too.....)

2. We are trying to fig out with the HK side and it can take up to 2 mths to get a response

(so tell me how does the tracker you provide us work when you can't even get a response on where my package is, so the tracker is bull shit la. Seriously!)

3. She then puts down the phone with me, giving me a directly contact (which up to nw i can never get through) and promise for the 3 time Singpost will let me know whats going on. (Yes you got me..... they never call.... )

someone pls tell me is this even legal? fake advertising and promise? you charge for a shit load, but for a service that is as good as a normal delivery, and best part! I dun even get to know where on earth is that parcel to date!

In the midst of Jack Neo's infidelity scandal, his longtime apprentice Mark Lee has dropped another bombshell - the famed Liang Jia Ban (or literally 'Neo Clan', referring to Jack's band of artistes) will split and he will start his own company when his contract ends.

Caught a tiny winy bit of news last night

And if i am not wrong

Singapore is placing a ban on use of credit cards for local resident with less than a certain level of income annually

if they had like to gamble in the casino - they will have to change chips with cash on hand

OK here is my point of vie

I THINK THIS IS A STUPID IDEA!!!!

I mean seriously!

what has gotten into the heads of these people?

cant think straight?

look - if you are gonna encourage changing chips with cash

this means that the likelihood of them borrowing form the bloodsuckers is higher!

they can't sign cards

and so they have to only resort to lending real cash and no other means

well in my pt of view

credit cards should all work with the regulators

say place a certain limit on those who are earning a certain level of income

you noe by tier

and absolutely NOOOO cash exchange is allowed

everyone who wants to play has to flash their credit cards and than some form of scan is carried out to see if limits has been busted

i mean who else has more info than the bank about the income status of individual

on top of that

obviously those that are not earning a decent level of income cannot afford credit cards right?

so isnt that easier to filter those who are not able to take the risk in gambling in the casino?

i am not against CASINO

but i think cash exchange is stupid:

why?

1. promote lending money from bloodsuckers - cos they have ready cash

2. robbery - imagine i bring 10k to the casino and get rob halfway?

3. there is no control on the amount you can spend, you can borrow everywhere and gamble in any amt

Daily limit set, or monthly limit set for locals (cos course if you are filthy rich then your limit is boundary less)

If they have their limits busted once - they cannot swipe it again even have repayment for 3 mths or so
Personal home visit to those who occasionally have their cards busted
If you have a family, both you and your wife has to share a limit

because:

You wil then deter those who dun have good basis of income to gamble
Those who do not have a decent income - cannot hold cards and thus cannot gamble
Protects the well being of the family
with proper records - easier to track and help families who suffer due to obsessive gambler in family
in view of point 6 above - in case they borrow money from bloodsuckers to repay bank

You obviously discourage those people form busting the limits if they wan to come back again anytime soon
Give them ample time work and repay - just in case they borrow money to repay the bank

i blamed god for making me fail my english lang right from the start of sec 1

but little do i noe, he was giving me a warning and ample time to make sure i dun neglect english

during O levels

i prayed last min

i passed

while my friends (a few of them at least) i thot would have aced it dropped grades in english significantly

and i thank god for it again

i blame god just recently again

for putting me through those shit when i was having my major exams

and i prayed

i told him if you let me pass

i promise i will be back at church (i always make this promise but fail to do it even when god answered my prays - i noe i m bad! ):) if he allow me to pass my modules smoothly

now i truly understand the reason why he did tat to me

yet again

he knew everything was not right for me from the start

he wanted me to be able to see that baby was who i needed most - the most amazing gift

and not just tat

he answered my prays and gave me 3 As and a B+ for my papers

its amazing what he can do

for my HRM paper (b+) i only studied less than 25% of the syllabus (3 chapters out of 12 chapters)

and i was actually going to church after exams with baby

There this sentence pastor prince preached somehow stayed with me till today, and i now know why it did

"God will give you in abundance, ...never fear to ask"

and

years back when i was still going to church

"ask and you shall be given"

"seek and you shall find"

yes god gave me in abundance

when i only asked for a pass

yes god gave me baby

when i only asked him why he took all my happiness overnight

he not only answered my prayers

but gave me a gift

and enlightenment - that all those were not happiness, he was just taking my misery away

yes god gave me what i have been seeking for

my family

my friends (qing ling esp, i have been seeking for good full stop to this incident, why did it occur to me when i did nothing, and god answered my prayers (: ... of course i never gave up asking (;)

A can be earning 10k but what if he does things differently spend first, remaining then save end of the day he realise he only have 200 dollars left.

Target costing = selling price - profit = cost (you make sure ur cost is at this level)

I was walking around orchard ion
and i came across TWG
of course TWG was not wad i was looking for in orchard ion
i was there on a very impt mission
but that mission failed
even LV also cannot solved my headache
usually i will be too happy to feel tired in LV
but this time round
even trying to pick something up from there did not stop me from feeling lousy
and hence
shopping session there failed

i bought two unique moon cake from TWG
i am not someone that fancy original lotus paste mooncake with yoke
but i am a suker for snow skin and flavors that are not traditional
So hence I tend to have the urge to buy snow skin moon cakes with flavors like

chocolate
mandarin orange
etc

Just a random thot today when i was out with darling
and i said this

"Baby, do you know you are able to tell how blissful and fortunate a lady is by simply looking at one part of her body?"

Hahah misleading right?

Probably the first ans generally will be
"figure"

Example - chi always believe the "chi shi fu" meaning eating is a form of blessing and fortune

OR ... the bigger you are in terms of size the more fortunate you are
OR ... the rounder the married men's stomach is the more fortunate and blissful he is
OR ... the more horizontally challenged a married lady is the more fortunate she will be simply cos she probably have some kids and in future she will not have worries about finances etc.

OK NO...
the ans is as easy as the lady's fingers...
let me teach you how to see more practically ...

Steps
1. Observe the no. of rings she wear

2. Observe how big the diamonds on the ring is or how fanciful it is

(If you can tell the designers rings like tiff and co. love and co. etc or perhaps differentiate a diamond from a crystal or fake diamond it will be helpful)

of course the bigger the diamond = the more loaded she is
no need me to teach you right?

3. Observe the manicures she has on her fingers

(is it simple or bling?)
(is it long with extension or short?)
(is it even well taken care of or chipped)

rationale behind this is simple if she has long ext means she dun need to do housework - and probably have a maid at home.

i refuse to have prawns for dinner after catching that movie
well i like the idea of the guy giving up his chance of becoming human asap for the sake of other prawns - quite touching
and how the prawn had a baby which in a way i think its cute
probably sending the msg that prawns are just like human as well
baby was wondering why do they always have to portray aliens as behind so gross
and he decided that perhaps part of the msg was that human and aliens are the same after all

well i think perhaps another part of the msg might just well be:
aliens need not necessarily be here to attack humans or harm us

Well I like the real life setting of the movie
and also
i must say this movie has one of those ending that i like
not exactly an end ...
but leaves us wonder wad happen next
though baby say he doubts there is a second episode
but i like the way they end the story
kinda make us wonder what happen next - that kind of feeling
not all movie can end like tat you noe =)

THE BIG 21st

The day before it hits twelve
Baby and I went to the park with his mummy
hahah
we went to play some "tai chi" in his big pants and big shirt

After dinner we headed off to 2am Bar for some deserts
Its a nice place to chill out
and it has deserts are really unique in taste
just like the one we had
its chocolate chili taste
very unique
thought i wouldn't go back for this again
its onli something you would like to get if you are feeling adventurous
after eating there is a tinge of chili feeling coming from the back of your throat
but i will definitely go back for sth else in the menu
all deserts are paired nicely with a suitable red or white wine
and prices of per cup of wine is reasonable as well about 15 to 18 bucks per cup =)

after 2 Am
i have this feeling i wanted mojito for a drink when it strikes 12 midnight
So we headed to Dempsey
its fricking hard to find a place to chill and have a drink on a thurs NITE!
but thank god we had ...

i was shock to understand from baby that Singapore has legalized prostitution

cos i was wondering why they can open such shops openly

but yet stand on streets cannot

hahah

baby say - you want to be riding/driving someone high - you got to have license to do so

just like you want to drive in singapore - you need to have a license too !

this is to ensure that STD dun spread that fast

they have some control in it one way or another

cos' all the legal ones got to go for regular checks

Ok let me tell you wad are the options that I personally think its great

1. Cereal Fish! they are awesome! tasty

2. Curry chicken is thick and nice too

3. Xing Chow Mee Fen - of course it goes well with or without the curry

4. Tempura prawns

5. It had the option of having two finger food! (i choose spring rolls and scallops)

6. Har Kau is awesome! It was served very nicely with chili slices on top and onions

I will like to give a 9/10 for the overall presentation of the food

and of course the table settings are nice too with this kind of pricing

its quite reasonable already

i will definitely order again from them +)
